2. User Registration and Submission 2.1 Registration or account creation may be required for submitting equipment details, requesting quotes, or accessing buy-back/credit features. By registering, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and are at least 18 years old. 2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your business, and the equipment submitted. We may suspend or terminate access if information is false, outdated, or incomplete.

3. Equipment Submission and Assessment 3.1 You may submit fencing equipment for collection, inspection, repair, and/or buy-back. All submissions are subject to our initial assessment. We reserve the right to reject equipment that is unsafe, excessively damaged, non-fencing related, or non-compliant with safety standards. 3.2 We will arrange collection from your specified location in Hong Kong (subject to availability and fees if applicable). Equipment remains your property until acceptance for repair or buy-back. 3.3 Quotes for repair costs, buy-back value, or refurbishment are estimates only and based on initial inspection. Final pricing and feasibility are confirmed after full assessment. 3.4 We may cancel or decline any submission due to safety concerns, insufficient viability for repair, or other reasons, with notification to you.

4. Repair and Refurbishment Services 4.1 Services include inspection, repair, refurbishment, and testing to reasonable industry standards using suitable parts (new or refurbished). We aim to restore equipment to functional condition but provide no guarantee of “like-new” appearance or performance beyond reasonable care. 4.2 Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to parts availability, complexity, or unforeseen issues. 4.3 Ownership of replaced parts becomes ours unless otherwise agreed. 4.4 Refurbished/resold equipment is sold “as is” with no implied warranties except those required by law.

5. Buy-Back and Resale 5.1 If we accept equipment for buy-back, we will offer credit/payment based on assessed value (after repair/refurbishment if applicable). Title transfers to us upon acceptance and payment/credit issuance. 5.2 Buy-back values are final once agreed and paid. We may resell refurbished equipment to third parties. 5.3 You warrant that submitted equipment is legally owned by you, free from liens/encumbrances, and not stolen/counterfeit.

6. Pricing & Payment 6.1 Prices for repairs, collection, or buy-back are quoted in HKD and subject to change. Final charges are confirmed upon order acceptance. 6.2 Payment is required before release of repaired equipment or issuance of buy-back credit (unless credit terms agreed). 6.3 Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit cards, or other agreed methods. Full payment transfers ownership/risk. 6.4 Refunds/credits (if any) will be issued via original method or mutually agreed alternative.

7. Delivery / Collection Policy 7.1 Collection and redelivery are handled by us or third-party logistics. You must provide accurate address details and ensure equipment is accessible. 7.2 Timelines are estimates; delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics) are not our liability. 7.3 Additional fees may apply for failed collections due to incorrect details or unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific results. 8.2 To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law (including Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance), we exclude liability for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption, reputational damage) or losses from force majeure. 8.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service. 8.4 We are not liable for pre-existing damage, misuse by you, or issues arising after redelivery.

9. User Obligations 9.1 You agree not to submit hazardous, illegal, or infringing equipment, or misuse the website (e.g., false submissions, disrupting services). 9.2 Violations may result in termination of Services, withholding of equipment/credit, and liability for damages.

10. Returns, Refunds & Disputes for Repaired Equipment 10.1 Complaints about repair quality must be raised within 7 days of redelivery. We will inspect and, if defect is due to our workmanship, repair or refund reasonably. 10.2 No returns/refunds for “change of mind,” cosmetic preferences, or damage caused post-redelivery. 10.3 Refurbished/resold items carry no additional warranty beyond statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property 11.1 All website content (text, images, designs) is owned by Fencing Atelier or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 11.2 Trademarks/logos are protected; infringement will be pursued.

12. General Provisions 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. 12.2 Force majeure events excuse performance delays. 12.3 Revised Terms take effect upon posting on the website.
